Where’s my Order?

Tracking information is provided in the Shipping Confirmation email sent to you when your order left our warehouse. Click the "You can track your order here" link to see updated tracking for your order. 

What’s your Return Policy?

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item plus any applicable taxes to your original form of payment for items returned within 30 days after the delivery date. All returned items must be in their original condition; shrink-wrapped or sealed products must be unopened. Shipping fees are not refunded.

Do you Ship Internationally?

Yes! Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
